Nathpa Jhakri: Formed and chaired independent Claims Review Panel on behalf of the State of Himachal Pradesh, India in connection with World-Bank-funded hydro-electric mega project. Assisted in the appraisal of claims on four contracts for dam, tunnels intakes etc. Twice visited the Himalayan project and met on-site and in the US with owner and contractor representatives. Issued reports including recommendations on time extensions and change order payments.
