Mr. McDonough has more than 35 years of construction and engineering experience in heavy construction (power, transportation, utilities, and marine facilities) and buildings (hotel, office, and military facilities) to include 17 years working directly for contractors as field engineer/superintendent, project engineer/manager, and chief engineer. His work for contractors included bidding preparation of subcontracts, temporary works engineering, CPM scheduling, project management and disputes resolution.
